A Remodeling Contractor Who is "Plum, Square, and Level"

Merriam, Kan. – January, 31 2007 - Out of 285 members Ronald was elected to receive this award by his fellow members showing the amount of respect NARI members have for Mr. Sobanek. Ronald L. Sobanek of HISCO Design/Build, who is a local remodeling contractor, is appreciative of being honored with such an award. The “Plum, Square, and Level” given to the member who is actively involved in NARI (National Association of the Remodeling Industry), the community, and holds themselves and their company to the highest ethical standards.

Mr. Sobanek is the Chairman of the Educational Committee, 2nd Vice President, a board member, member of the Strategic Planning Committee. Mr. Sobanek’s company HISCO Design/Build continues to be a leader in the remodeling industry. HISCO was one of the first companies in the Kansas City metro to bring back design/build or master builder in order to provide clients with the best product quality for their money.

Mr. Sobanek has used the successes of his company to donate money and materials to complete several community projects. Most recently, he and his employees have donated time to the Habitat for Humanity by prefabricating pieces of homes to be sent down to help Hurricane Katrina victims. Ronald’s participation in NARI, helping the community, and the way he runs HISCO is the reason for being selected to win the award.
